    Payment & Refund Policy

    Transparent payment terms and a fair refund policy to protect your rights as a consumer, in full compliance with Saudi Arabian e-commerce standards.

    Payment Schedule

    We offer flexible payment options for your convenience: • Option 1 — Pay in Full: Pay 100% of the trip value at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. • Option 2 — Pay in Two Installments: Pay 50% of the trip value upon booking, and the remaining 50% must be paid no later than 7 days before the trip departure date. All payments are processed securely through licensed and certified payment gateways approved by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA).

    Refund Policy — Eligible Cases

    You are entitled to a refund in the following cases: • Cancellation 20 days or more before the trip date → Full refund (100%) of the amount paid. • Cancellation between 3 to 6 days before the trip date → Partial refund of 50% of the amount paid. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

    Non-Refundable Cases

    No refund will be issued in the following situations: • Cancellation less than 3 days before the trip departure date. • No-show — failure to attend the trip at the scheduled date and time. We encourage all customers to review trip dates carefully before confirming their booking.

    Exceptions & Force Majeure

    In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or emergency circumstances beyond the customer's control, the management will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis. Possible outcomes include: • Rescheduling the trip to an alternative date at no extra charge. • Issuing a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances. • Providing credit toward a future trip. The final decision rests with the management based on the nature and severity of the situation.

    Cultural Trips is a fully licensed and registered establishment operating under Saudi Arabian commercial and tourism regulations. We comply with the 13 e-commerce reliability standards mandated by the Saudi E-Commerce Council, including: • Secure electronic payment through certified banking channels • Clear and written refund and exchange policies • Full Arabic language support across all services • Transparent pricing disclosed before purchase completion

    Complaints & Customer Support

    We are committed to handling your concerns promptly and fairly. • You can submit a complaint via our website, email, or social media channels. • Complaints are handled during Saudi business hours (Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, GMT+3). • We acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours. • Complaints are resolved within 5 business days from the date of submission.
