We offer flexible payment options for your convenience: • Option 1 — Pay in Full: Pay 100% of the trip value at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. • Option 2 — Pay in Two Installments: Pay 50% of the trip value upon booking, and the remaining 50% must be paid no later than 7 days before the trip departure date. All payments are processed securely through licensed and certified payment gateways approved by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA).
You are entitled to a refund in the following cases: • Cancellation 20 days or more before the trip date → Full refund (100%) of the amount paid. • Cancellation between 3 to 6 days before the trip date → Partial refund of 50% of the amount paid. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
No refund will be issued in the following situations: • Cancellation less than 3 days before the trip departure date. • No-show — failure to attend the trip at the scheduled date and time. We encourage all customers to review trip dates carefully before confirming their booking.
In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or emergency circumstances beyond the customer's control, the management will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis. Possible outcomes include: • Rescheduling the trip to an alternative date at no extra charge. • Issuing a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances. • Providing credit toward a future trip. The final decision rests with the management based on the nature and severity of the situation.
Cultural Trips is a fully licensed and registered establishment operating under Saudi Arabian commercial and tourism regulations.
